A Brief History

Oiltest Services was incorporated in 1991 but commenced operations in 1993 with the aim of providing a quality professional service to the Oil industry in the field of fluid sampling (surface and bottomhole), Production Testing, Electronic Data Acquisition, Slickline Services, PVT Laboratory, Well Analysis Services  and Coiled Tubing Services. Over a short period, we have succeeded in achieving a leading position in our various areas of operation. These feats were possible through a combination of factors; highly experienced staff, innovative training and operating procedures, modern and up to date equipment and facilities added to the primary objective of providing safe and professional services.
We have operational bases in the oil centres of Port Harcourt and Warri, with an office in Lagos. Our Corporate headquarters is in Port Harcourt .



In 1999, the group was re-organized into semi-autonomous subsidiary companies with distinct product names.

Commercially and technically, Oiltest is proactive, leading the way by focusing on quality, reliability, and innovation. 

To further this aim, we have invested heavily in people and equipment and place high emphasis on product development and new technology which ensures that we always provide the most effective and beneficial solution for our clients.

In addition, we ensure the Health, Safety and Security of the human and material resources involved directly and indirectly with our operations.

New product development has been key to the growth of the Oiltest Group and will continue to be central to our future strategy.
